Rexmark is leading provider of structured financing solutions to commercial real estate investors. The company’s debt platform leverages its diverse sources of global capital to directly originate and manage investments on properties that range from stabilized to transitional real estate.

Rexmark has invested on behalf of, and in partnership with, many of the world’s premier institutions including pension funds, private equity funds, public companies, and high net-worth individuals. The company selectively invests in real estate throughout the United States across all asset classes. Given the broad network of capital and investors that the company has access to, the firm is able to invest throughout the debt stack including senior debt, B-notes, mezzanine and preferred equity that generate favorable returns to all parties in the transaction with the goal structuring financing to meet the needs of the deal. Rexmark’s capital market platform allows the firm to provide its investors with comprehensive analysis, advice and solutions on all types of commercial real estate.   

The firm’s broad capabilities also allow it to pursue debt investments that other lenders would not be able to execute given the experience of the Principals as owners and operators. By leveraging its relationships with various landlords who the firm has been working with for years, the vast majority of transactions done by the firm have been off market and direct with landlords. Given the track record and history of the Principals in the marketplace, the firm has been able to gain a competitive advantage and build a reputation of executing transactions quickly and efficiently.
