MICHAEL REBIBO
FOUNDER AND PRINCIPAL

Michael Rebibo is the Founder and Managing Principal of Rexmark. He is primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s business and investment activities. In his role at the company, he identifies investment opportunities as well as continues to expand the firm’s global relationships with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and high net worth individuals. He has broad expertise in all facets of real estate with a focus in structured finance, capital markets, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has worked on the acquisition, financing, redevelopment, asset management and sale of over $10 billion of real estate throughout the United States and Europe across all asset classes. Prior to starting Rexmark, Mr. Rebibo was a Vice President at The Moinian Group, a New York based privately held real estate firm with $8 billion in assets under management.

CARMEL KASHANI
PRINCIPAL

Carmel Kashani is a Principal of Rexmark. With 20 years in the commercial real estate field, he has spent his career working with and partnering with some of the most respected real estate institutions in the nation. Mr. Kashani has extensive experience with various capital sources, institutional partners and private investors in creating successful joint venture investments across various asset classes. He is an experienced “hands-on” leader with a proven track record of transforming significant core, value-add properties.
